What is forest bathing? 🌿

It’s not what it sounds like. Also called shinrin-yoku, this Japanese practice is all about slowing down and immersing yourself in nature using your senses.

Studies suggest it may help lower stress, support mood, and decrease blood pressure in the short term — though research is still evolving.

In a world where Americans spend about 90% of our time indoors… this might matter more than we think.
